By car from Leeds City Centre:  Take the A64 out of the city centre heading for York.  The A64 has a dog leg at Seacroft where you will be directed left at one roundabout and then right at the next one.  Around a mile from this second roundabout there is a left hand turn signposted to Thorner.  Mortec park is directly opposite this junction on the right hand side.  At the security gate press the Business Works button and someone will let you through the gate.

By car from A1(m) or York.  4 miles from junction 44 of the A1(m).  Head towards Leeds on the A64.  Take the next left after the Scholes turnoff.  At the security gate press the Business Works button and someone will let you through the gate.

Bus from Leeds.  From New Briggate take the 840, 843 or 844.  The journey takes around 15 mins.  There is a bus stop on the A64 not far from the gate of the business park.
