Strategic plans look at medium to long term goals and business plans focus on the here and now and what happens next.
We will work with you to put together both sets of information and then help you track your performance against these plans and give you the management
informtion tools you need to reach those goals.
Cash Flow Forecast
- Short Term - Often Monthly
- Update Regularly
- Looks in detail at the short term ie up to 6 months
Budget
- Generally annual and set for the coming year
- Generally include a cash flow forecast
- Looking at the coming year
Business Plan
- Looking at the medium term ie 3 to 5 years
- Anything above the first year is done in less detail
Strategic Plan
- Medium to long term. 5 years and more into the future.
- Looks at where the Business wants to be and strategies to get there.
